Classroom Guidance
Every student at Camden participates in classroom guidance lessons. I visit each classroom every two weeks for a total of 14 lessons per class per year. Lessons cover the Social, Academic and Career domains. Topics may include: Bullying, Careers, Conflict Resolution, Making and Being a Friend, Dealing with Feelings, etc.

Small Groups:
Some students may benefit from working with a small group of peers. The small groups meet once a week and cover topics such as divorce, social skills, anger management, anxiety, etc. Teachers, parents, or students themselves may refer. Permission forms are sent to parents before any student participates in a small group.
Individual Sessions:
I have an open door policy with students. Any student wanting to meet with me may leave a note in my mailbox, send an email, or come to my office. If I am not available when they come to my office we will set up an appointment for them to come back. Parents may also request appointments through email or a phone call. Please know that I do not do therapy. If a child needs more than I feel I can ethically give, I will call the parent to discuss other options.
